Gary arrived exactly on time. He even texted to say when he was on his way. He was polite, tidy, thorough and very professional. The carpet he cleaned looked like new when he'd finished. It was 10 years old and realistically "low/mid priced" I would guess. The cheapest carpet in the house, deliberately so, due to my propensity to drop food on it. Efficiency from start to finish. We went out whilst Gary was working, on our return the furniture had foil under the legs to prevent staining and he left overshoes for us to use during the drying process.
